Cancellation Process:
As a student, you can cancel your course subscription on New Zenler directly from your account in just a few clicks. This process will stop future recurring payments, and you will retain access to the course content until the current paid period ends.
Step-by-step cancellation guide
Log into your New Zenler account.
Navigate to your account details by clicking on your profile image or name.
Click on the Billing tab from the menu.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
Find the subscription for the course you want to cancel. In the "Actions" column, click the Cancel button.
Confirm your decision to cancel the subscription.
Important considerations
Access after cancellation: Your access to the course content will not end immediately.
It will continue until the last day of the subscription period you have already paid for.
No immediate refunds:
Our terms generally state that payments already made for a subscription are not refundable.
The cancellation simply prevents future charges.
